Must have for Teema Dinnerware

The B&B plate is the perfect size for desserts, appetizers, and, of course, bread and butter!
I wish the 16 piece starter sets included this plate. This is a must have to add to your dinnerware set and to your table.

A trip to Scandinavia is where I first saw iittala Teema, and after a couple of years of drooling over this dish ware, I started to purchase sets to replace my Dansk (also nice, but not as nice) dishware.
Like other reviewers, I can only rave. I am in love with all things Teema, Scandinavian, actually.
This dishware is the perfect example of scandi design aesthetic - clean, minimal, beautiful, functional, timeless.

I bought a couple of these for snacks and small portion, as well as a piece of toast or other small food items. The slanted sides are a big plus, and the plates look and feel very well made. Mine were made in Romania. Very pleased with these!

I bought 3 of the starter sets to have place settings for 12. Teema is my daily use dinnerware and for non-formal group gatherings. I missed not having a small plate for a morning bagel, or slice of toast, or just a cookie. The bread plate size is perfect for the times you need a smaller plate than the salad plate. I only bought a few to try out, but find that I use them all of the time, so I will certainly be buying some more soon.

My husband was a potter and he threw beautiful dinner plates. I have been on the watch for bowls and salad plates to go with his black dinner plates. These black bread and butter plates are beautiful and go well with the dinner plates.

Well-made plates that are large enough to be used as salad plates. I like the slanted edge that helps keep salad fixings on the plate. The price. I waited until a sale to buy these plates.
