  1. When will my product arrive?

    We try to ship all orders within one business day.

    For customers in the U.S, transit time can add one to seven days depending on your distance from Minnesota. In most cases, you can expect to receive your order in less than a week. Please check our Shipping Information page for delivery times to your location.

    Customers outside the U.S. should refer to the Shipping Information page for more information.

    While we carry a large inventory, there are occasions when an item is out of stock and it must be back ordered from the manufacturer. If that does occur, we will notify you by email within one business day and allow you to cancel or change your order.

  2. What if the item is damaged or not as described?

    This rarely occurs as all shipments are double-boxed for protection. However, all shipments are insured just in case. Should an item arrive damaged or defective, contact us immediately for replacement instructions.

  3. How much is shipping?

    Free shipping on orders over $75 to US 48 states. FedEx Ground shipping in the U.S. (48) is a flat $8.95 for orders under $75. Expedited and international rates can be previewed at checkout.

    Shipping costs elsewhere are based on the weight of your order. At checkout, the weight will be used to calculate the shipping and handling charge. Please see the Shipping Information page for more details. You can also simply add your desired items to your cart, enter your shipping destination and use the shipping calculator at checkout to show you the shipping cost.

  4. Are prices in U.S. Dollars?

    Yes. All prices on the FinnStyle.com website, shopping cart and invoices are reflected in U.S. Dollars. The conversion to your currency will be made automatically at the time your credit card or PayPal payment is processed by your credit card company. To estimate your cost in another currency, try an internet search using the term "currency converter" for a calculation conversion site.

    While we try to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions, and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description. Such corrections may be made even after an order is accepted.


  5. How do I return or exchange my purchase?

  7. What happens if I'm not home when the package arrives?

    The carrier will follow their best practices if no one is at home at time of delivery. The delivery person may choose to leave the package at your door or with a neighbor. A notice of missed delivery will be left if the carrier would like you to contact them to reschedule the delivery.

  8. Can I ship directly to the gift recipient?

    Yes, our checkout page makes it easy to enter in a separate billing and shipping name and address.

  9. How can I track my gift shipment?

    After submitting an order, a confirmation email will be sent to you with the corresponding shipment tracking information. Most domestic items are sent via UPS and international orders through United States Postal Service (USPS). Depending on the shipping service you select, live tracking information may or may not be available.

Yes you may pick up your order from our store! If you wouldlike to pick up an order, please leave a comment at check out requesting theorder be in store pick-up. We will then remove any shipping charges from yourorder and will notify you via Email when the order is ready for pick up. Wewould like to remind all customers that we are unfortunately not a store front,so all orders must be placed online prior to arrival ,as we do not allowshopping or viewing of items on site. We also ask customers come between10am-4pm and notify us prior to arrival.

You may redeem your points and use your rewards coupon for any order at anytime. Our website won't apply 2 coupons at once through the promotional field, however feel free to leave a customer comment in the box at checkout with your rewards coupon and we can manually apply it for you when it comes through the system.
