1. All items are guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition.

2. Most orders ship within one business day. Place your order by 2pm Central Time and we will try to ship same day. If an item is out of stock we will notify you within one business day. Should this occur, you will be given the option of modifying or cancelling your order. Credit cards are not billed until the order ships.

3. Our prices are in U.S. dollars.

4. Customers outside of the U.S. are responsible for any customs, duties and brokerage charges which may be imposed. These charges will be collected when your order is delivered. Unfortunately, we cannot provide estimates of these charges.

5. We reserve the right to refuse international orders (outside of U.S.) if there are extraordinary shipping costs or requirements.

6. Glassware ships from our Minneapolis, Minnesota, U.S.A. warehouse. Sales tax is charged for orders shipped to Minnesota addresses.

7. Typical delivery times are:
Continental U.S. - 1 to 6 business days
Hawaii, Alaska, Canada - 1 to 2 weeks
Europe, Asia, International delivery - 2 to 6 weeks

Furniture Orders:

We look forward to helping you select contemporary furniture by Alvar Aalto. Please review the following terms before placing your furniture order.The following information applies to furniture orders only.

1. 3-legged stools ship for $5.95 per order for ground and are usually available to ship via UPS air for additional charges (You can view the actual shipping costs of your order by proceeding to checkout). Please contact us for a quote on other furniture items.

2. Delivery Area Online ordering is restricted to deliveries within the U.S. 48 continental states. Residents of Hawaii and Alaska should contact us for shipping quotes. Residents of other countries should contact a retailer in their area.

3. Assembly Stools, tables and some other items require simple assembly.

4. Lead Time 3-legged stools ship immediately. Many items are 3 to 4 weeks and others are 10 to 12 weeks. Please refer to the lead time information in the description of each item.

5. Delivery Inside, white-glove delivery is included where indicated in the product description. Inside delivery is available for other items for an additional charge. Small items ship by UPS or comparable carrier. Tables and some other large items are shipped by truck and are Tailgate Delivery. The truck driver will drive to your home but you must bring the item into your house. Please notify us if you suspect your delivery address is inaccessible by large trucks, difficult to find, or may otherwise be problematic.

6. Sales Tax Orders delivered to MN addresses will be charged sales tax.

7. Damage We make every effort to ensure that your furniture is safely packaged and delivered by the most reputable and qualified shipping companies. When your order arrives, please take the time to inspect it to ensure that the paperwork is accurate, the correct number and type of items have been delivered, and that the shipment is free from any damage or defect. Make a report of any visible damage immediately upon delivery by noting the problem on the freight carrier's Bill of Lading and contacting us by email or phone. Hidden damage or defects must be reported within 24 hours following delivery.

Please do not assemble or use damaged or defective items. When you make a report of damage or defect, we will take immediate action to remedy the situation. In most cases, the damaged or defective item will be picked-up from your home and a replacement item will be shipped.

8. Returns Due to the nature of these fine pieces, furniture sales are final.
