I have purchased items from this company on several occasions and each time they have provided great communication and delivered the items within a couple of days. I have also compared their prices and they seem to have the lowest pricing. More importantly they stock what they carry. I purchased a couple of items from one of their competitors and it took nearly 2 months to get my order filled, but they were able to ship the same items within 2 days.

I was extremely pleased with my dealings with the company FinnStyle. I found their site in a link from GlassBirds.com, and though I had never ordered from them, I took a chance. I ordered 2 items I had seen in other stores. The price was comparable or less. I received order and shipping confirmations by email, and the package arrived within 3 days. The Items were securely packaged and arrived in great shape. I was so pleased I placed a second, larger order for Christmas gifts and received the package the next day. Now, admittedly I live within 100 miles of this store, ( didnt have time to drive to the city), but I still find this delivery time remarkable considering the Holiday Season. I would recommend this seller to anyone who enjoys unique Scandinavian design type items. Web site and ordering process was simple and service was great!

I am a Canadian and visited the store while in Minneapolis. When I returned home I wanted to buy Aino Aalto glasses, plates and bowls as a luncheon set. I was unable to find them in my shopping area. I found the FinnStyle site on the web. They answered my questions about shipping to Canada promptly and accurately. The order was placed on the web site with ease. It is an excellent web site and very easy to move around in. The order was packed very well and I received it within 2 weeks of ordering which is excellent for processing through the Canada--US border. All items were intact and just as I ordered. I even got a Christmas discount on the shipping. I will definitely order from FinnStyle again. An outstanding e-commerce merchant.
