In store shopping is a poor experience. Much better online. I ordered gift wrapping, but it came unwrapped. Customer service was quick to reimburse and they also notified me of better shipping options after I placed my order, so customer service and ease of purchase get my highest ratings.

I am very satisfied with my purchase from FinnStyle. I ordered the rub a dub purse for my 35 year old, fashion- conscious daughter for Christmas. It arrived very quickly, and I am happy with the its quality. It's attractive, stylish and unusual, which is sure to please my daughter. The fact that the purse is made from recycled rubber tires is a plus as we are both very ecologically minded. It was a pleasure doing business with FinnStyle.

The ittala pans with the Ceratec coating are the best my family or I have ever used. The shape is eye catching as well as functional. Heat is spread evenly; and the Ceratec coating is utterly non-stick even at high temperatures. In comparison, the French ceramic coated iron pans can only be used with low to medium heat - otherwise the food sticks - making those pans useless in many applications.

Speedy delivery - I received my order 3 days after placing it. The item I ordered was fragile and it was very carefully packed. Order screen has a nice feature-a box where you can type in a comment or question. I asked if my pattern was still being made and they replied on the invoice included with my order. FinnStyle's price was lower than other sites. I will definitely order from FinnStyle again!

I love FinnStyle. Many of my most beloved, iconic objects are for sale here! The web is well organized, it is easy to shop (if you can decide what you want), easy to check out, etc. Their email ads are not excessively frequent and a joy to look at. My most recent purchase involved 5 items, all gift wrapped (with 3 different paper choices), and a long flowery love note to my husband for Valentines Day which was transcribed (correct in its entirety) in beautiful handwriting on a classy embossed note card! They got everything right; and the objects purchased are beautiful! I will most certainly continue to shop at FinnStyle again and again!

I ordered 2 items I had seen in other stores. The price was comparable or less. I received order and shipping confirmations by email, and the package arrived within 3 days. The Items were securely packaged and arrived in great shape. I was so pleased I placed a second, larger order for Christmas gifts and received the package the next day. Now, admittedly I live within 100 miles of this store, ( didnt have time to drive to the city), but I still find this delivery time remarkable considering the Holiday Season.
