This is the perfect size and the one I can't live without! I have used it on virtually a daily basis for the last 10 years. It has as a good capacity and when its full it's not too heavy. If I need a lid I use one from the casseroles that are also 22cm in diameter.

The size is good for most cooking from sauces to smaller soup amounts. The heavy material conducts heat very well from the bottom to the sides. The sturdy handle holds very well in the hand when the pot is full.
Are the handles for the Iittala Dahlstrom Tools heat resistant?
1 Answer
The handles are also stainless steel - you will need to use caution as it may get hot.
