Happy to find Finnish Recipe book for American cooks
I've just begun looking through the recipes and I'm anxious to try some rye bread. (That's as far as I have read so far.) I like the history that is also included in the book. My background is Finnish on my father's side and Swed-Finnish on my mother's.
ProsI like the fact that these recipes have been adjusted for modern kitchens and American measurements.
