The recipes look wonderful, but I intend to gift this cookbook to a young woman who really wants pictures of the final product, so that's why the 4 star rating. The author is well-known and highly regarded for her cooking expertise so I will be happy to give the gift as planned. Makes a nice set with my tea book.
