Cute Quality Girl Elf Ornament or Standing Doll

Pig-tailed girl elf, warmly dressed and looking to be loved - a big heart on her front. Can be an ornament or a standing doll - flat bottom, with hanging loop at end of hat. About 3" tall, with another inch of height from the hat.

The measurement is 4 1/2 inches tall-- does that go to the top of the head? Or the hat pulled all the way up?
