"FinnStyle Midsummer Giveaway" Official Rules

This "FinnStyle Midsummer Giveaway" Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored exclusively by FinnStyle, located in Minneapolis, MN (“Sponsor”). Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes (with or without notice) at any time and/or to substitute another promotion in its place.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR RECEIVE A PRIZE IN OR INCREASE CHANCE OF RECEIVING A PRIZE IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. Void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted by law. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. This sweepstakes begins at 10 a.m., Central Time (“CT”), on Monday, June 9, 2014, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time ("CT") on Thursday, June 19, 2014.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE? This Sweepstakes is open to residents of USA who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional acceptance of each provision in these Rules. By entering the Sweepstakes each entrant agrees to the use by Sponsor of their names, entry information, picture, photograph, likenesses, or statements at any time or times in perpetuity for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, and on the Internet and World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.

WHO IS NOT ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE? Employees and their immediate family members (parents, grandparents, spouses, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, aunts and uncles, regardless of whether they're living in the same household).

HOW DO I ENTER? To be eligible to win one of the prize packages ("Relax to the Max" or "Party Hearty"), contestants must do the following: Comment on whether they like to party or relax and share one of the images in the Facebook post on their personal Facebook wall between June 9 – 19, 2014. Only one entry per person is permitted.

PRIZES Two prize packages are available. A total of two (2) winners will be selected, one (1) for each prize package.

1. One (1) "Relax to the Max" package, including one (1) Lapuan Kankurit Corona Blanket, one (1) bottle of Rento Mint and Eucalyptus Foot Cream, one (1) pair of Marimekko Ujo slippers and one (1) Helsinki Homicide: Cold Trail Novel with a total approximate retail value ("ARV") of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250).

2. One (1) "Party Hearty" package, including one (1) Magisso Champagne Cooler and two (2) sets of iittala Essence Champagne Glasses with a total approximate retail value ("ARV") of one hundred and eighty dollars ($180).

The Prizes (or any other prize awarded hereunder) cannot be assigned, transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

ODDS OF WINNING Odds of winning a prize depends upon the total number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes.

DRAWING The drawing for a one (1) winner will take place Friday, June 20, 2014. The grand prize winner will be notified via a Facebook post on FinnStyle's Facebook page. If chosen, the winner will have seven (7) days to accept his or her prize. If no response is received, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

All eligible on-line entries received by Sponsor before the Sweepstakes becomes inoperable will be included in the random drawing. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, any Sweepstakes entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof. Entries generated by robots or scripts or other automated devices are considered to be a direct violation of the Rules and the policies of this Sweepstakes and will result in the immediate and automatic disqualification from this Sweepstakes of any and all associated entries.
