The realism of illustration in the world Klaus Haapaniemi creates with his designs is nothing short of breathtaking. Artemisia Absinthium is the scientific name of Common Wormwood, but this depiction makes the plant seem far from common. The focus bloom is highlighted in high definition and brilliantly shades with hues of gold and orange. It's contrasted by intricate linework in jewel tones of blue, emerald, and red and balanced by earthy tones of brown and moss. The design feels both vintage and avant-garde, and is bordered by a thick navy blue piping. The same artwork is printed on the opposite side of this luxurious velvet cushion cover. A hidden zipper keeps it looking clean and streamlined but allows easy removal from an insert.
Optional insert is polyester-filled and hypoallergenic.
If ordering with insert, item cannot be gift wrapped.

I love Klaus Haapaniemi pillows! I bought this velvet one for my winter decor. The print and colors are beautiful, and the velvet is so soft. Very pleased. The colors are slightly more muted than in the photo, and be aware it is quite large.
