Artek Alvar Aalto E60 - Four Legged Stool - Birch Veneer

We love this stool, beautiful, well-crafted, stable and wonderfully useful.
We've had 2 others for 25 years, and they're still wonderful. Great as side table too.
Look lovely with the tea cart , and with Aino Aalto's ringed glasses.

I received this stool recently and love the classic and timeless design. It was packaged well and easy to assemble. I did need to use a drill to tighten the screws.. I use it for a plant stand and plan to buy another. They are very sturdy and beautiful. Thanks Finnstyle!

In my small apartment this stool /table / step is the perfect addition.
In the morning I use as table to get my coffee and breakfast. During the day I placed by the door to make as a bench. At night it will be a small table to rest my tea or book I am reading.
When needed it will turn to be a nice height still to reach the otherwise unreachable closet shelf.
No matter where I place it’s clean look does not interfere with any other furnitures I have. Love this and thinking of buying the other so that I do not have to carry it from room to room. 😁

The Artek stool has been on my wish list for a very, very long time. I finally purchased a four legged stool during the semi annual sale. It is the best sale since Artek products aren't generally found on sale, and Finnstyle offers free shipping! It was a tough choice between a three legged and four legged stool. After reading many reviews on both styles and looking at them in person, I decided to go with a four legged stool because I have a small child and a four legged stool is more stable than a three legged one. I am very pleased with my purchase. It is sturdy. It only took 10 minutes to assemble. Cannot wait to add more to my new collection!
