Ananas, Finnish for "Pineapple," is a romantic and exotic fabric designed by Maija and Kristina Isola in the early part of the 1960s. A vertical pattern of symmetric ornamental floral designs in dark blue and white is lined with two thick bands of a beautiful steel-blue. Both handsome and beautiful, this fabric is truly a classic Marimekko pattern.
