Very bold and colorful!

This fabric is beautiful if you like something very strong and bold that jumps right our at you. I ordered a yard because I loved the way the colors looked on the website but when it arrived I realized it was much brighter than I had anticipated. The red is really red an so is the yellow. Also, the scale of the flowers is larger than I had expected. - If you are up for a jolt of color in a large floral motif than this is the perfect fabric for you!
Would I be able to stretch this fabric over a frame (to use it as art) without losing the petals on the beautiful sunflower? (ie: is there enough white fabric on the edges so that we don't lose the design if we stretch it over a frame?)
Thank you!

There is 1.75" of white selvage on each side of the fabric and about 4 inches from the edge to the beginning of the yellow flower pedals. So you should have no issue stretching this without compromising the flowers image.

Is this fabric available in store in Sydney Australia? Can I buy 2 metres instead if having to buy 2 repeats

Hello,
You would have to search for Marimekko retail stores in Australia. We are an independent store in the US. We do ship to Australia as well - you can review our shipping page and also calculate shipping costs with shipping calculator at checkout.
This fabric is only sold by the repeat to not compromise the pattern.
