Excellent customer service

Much to my amazement, I got an email from Customer Service notifying me that the raspberry color was not available but I could select another color at the same price! I chose red and I received my order very promptly.

I have been looking for these candles for quite some time and was pleased to see them available again. Of course, they are perfect for my iitalla festivo candlesticks for which they were originally designed.
The raspberry color is just lovely. A nice contrast to the blue and white colors that I have purchased in the past. The website was easy to navigate shipping and delivery was very good. I will definitely buy this product again.
