Nice fabric and I like the design with the thumb flap instead of the thumb pointing out. But they are huge and therefore not functional on my size 8 woman's hand. I wanted to return them, but I had snipped the plastic attachment piece on the thin cardboard packaging before I tried them on. The customer service people would not allow me to return them because the packaging was no longer attached to the oven mitts. So that was an expensive mistake. The customer service person did recommend the Finlayson oven mitts which are the same style but smaller. I have now ordered a pair of those.
