Inspired by the Hvitträsk museum's stunning landscaping, the Metsikkö pattern is beautiful in its simplicity. Designer Minna Niskakangas wanted to bring the beauty of Finnish forests to city dwellers in a way that is personal and function. Made from equal parts linen and cotton, the machine-washable towel is a way to save the trees in portrays when it's used for drying hands, dishes, or wiping countertops instead of disposable paper towels.
