Perfect size, graceful, and fun

For years I've looked for a large bowl with the right size--and shape. This one is truly it. It's called a "pasta bowl," and I will use it for that, too, but what I really love about it is its perfect size for a whole meal salad. Of course it works well on the table, but once or twice I've taken it out to the porch, and it's lovely to simply hold with one hand and finish the meal while watching birds at the feeder. The form is elegant yet playful, and the glaze is gorgeous. I like a mix of the white and gray, so I got a couple of each.
