A high-quality weave, percale has a noticeably tighter weave that allows for a higher thread count which makes the sheets softer to the touch. Medium in weight, the fabric is matte with no additional sheen or shine but the texture is very smooth and able to resist warping and washes exceptionally well.

The Unikko Red duvet is so bright and beautiful. I absolutely love it! Nice '60's vibe. I ordered the full/queen size. The duvet has a button closure and white stitching. The pillow cases open in the back. Ordering was easy, and the cover arrived fast and in good condition.

Pros

Bright, lively, cheery, colorful duvet cover.

Cons

The fabric is NOT a crisp or soft percale. It is much rougher than I anticipated. I'm hoping after a few more washes it softens up.

I am interested in buying the queen duvet cover set, I am wondering if the duvet cover is a pocket for the actual duvet ( just like it is available and custom in Sweden) or just a cover over a sheet? Thank you!

Hello, This Duvet cover is a slip, so it is like a full, pocketed cover for your duvet or doona. It has buttons at the end that fasten to close around your duvet. Just as the Swedish ones you mention).
