Extra large hand towels, great absorbency, well made, and worth the price.

I'll guess that my husband has NO idea why these good looking towels are flanking our beautiful new sinks in our basement bath. At first, I bought a set of twelve white hand towels for this area. Quickly I realized my vision of using the white towels until they stopped looking fresh and then replacing them with another white towel from the stack was just too complex for this household (every time I went into the basement bath, that fresh towel was nowhere to be found.) A basement bathroom just off the garage/workshop needed a workhorse for a towel. Enter Marimekko's black hand towel.
Such a lucky find. The Rautasanky black hand towel is not just dark enough to hide smudges in its thick weave, additionally it is plush, more than amply sized and makes the whole room seem pulled together. The swirling pattern keeps the towels from being plainly masculine and adds interest to the sink area. In a phrase : cool towels.
Thick, pretty, ample, beautiful pattern and design.
