The first Japanese designer to join the Marimekko team, artist Katsuji Wakisaka sticks to his love and knowledge for Japanese aesthetic on the Marimekko Pähkinäpuu Blue/Yellow Fabric. The name of this pattern means "Walnut" in English, and the blue, turquoise and yellow spotted shapes represent these nutritious nuts. The navy blue leaves and branches also create a stunning silhouette of their own across the bluish-grey backdrop. Made from 100% cotton, this fabric is still screen-printed with quality craftsmanship at Marimekko's printing works in Helsinki, Finland. Whether it's showcased as a table linen, wall art or cushion cover, the Marimekko Pähkinäpuu Blue/Yellow Fabric will bring a playful yet poised spirit to any space.

See secondary photo for approximation of one yard.
