Featuring clean design elements, this elegant teapot is made from vitreous porcelain. The pot also has a matching porcelain tea strainer that fits in the inside. Measuring 5-1/2" D x 3-1/4" H, the auburn red teapot holds approximately 23.5 oz. Not suitable for dishwasher, microwave or stove top use, the Marimekko Oiva Red Teapot is an elegant and functional way to brew tea tableside.

Design is beautiful and it's fun to use everyday for tea time. We are a little disappointed in the size. It doesn't hold that much tea. We would have liked to have at least 4 cups per tea time. Now it is approx. 2,5 cups. It also drips a little when poring. But other than that we enjoy it.
