The Marimekko Lumimarja print was created by fabric designer Erja Hirvi. A highly versatile designer whose patterns are commonly rooted in images from nature, Lumimarja features the leafless branches of a snowberry tree. As the long brown branches reach across the grey background to reveal juicy white and orange berries, the beauty of a winter’s day is perfectly captured in this serene 100% cotton sateen bedding.
(see below for measurements)About Sateen:
The sateen weaving process places more threads on the surface of the fabric instead of equally woven within the fabric which results in a weave that is extremely soft to the touch. Slightly less durable than other weaving techniques, the extra soft and luxurious nature of sateen fabrics require a bit more care during washing.
Care: Wash in cold water on the gentle cycle. Tumble dry low. Iron on warm as needed.
Price is for one duvet.
