The first snows of winter swirl on Aino-Maija Metsola’s Ensilumi fabric. Designed in 2010 for Marimekko, Ensilumi’s flecks of blue grey curve and arc over a white background, more closely positioned in the fabric’s center to create a subtle impression of a spruce or pine tree comprised of fat needles.
