Anna Danielsson

A Swedish textile designer whose femininity and modernity are clear, Anna Danielsson infuses a piece of her character into every textile she produces. A creative soul from early on, finding her path as a textile designer happened while she was in school. “…I was introduced to the techniques of fabric printing in art school, I realized immediately that this was my language, my way of expressing myself.” Since this realization her first printed fabrics appeared in Marimekko’s 2001 Spring Collection. The creator of impressive prints like Bottna and Fokus, Danielsson’s patterns are trendy and timeless at the same time.
