Cloudberries are a favorite natural treat of the Nordic countries because they are abundant, nutritious and tasty on waffles, toast, and soft cheese. The preserves can even be warmed to serve as a special topping to vanilla ice cream! Each of these cloudberries have been picked by hand from the bogs of Sweden's northern forests, where they grow wild and ripen under the arctic summer sunlight. The golden berries are sweet and slightly tart and taste as heavenly and dreamy as their name, "cloudberries," sounds.

Ingredients: sugar, wild cloudberries (35%), fruit pectin, citric acid. All natural.
We were on our last jar of cloudberry preserves so ordered another one. This product is hard to find in our area so I am happy that Finnstyle carries it. My husband puts it on vanilla ice cream rather than using it on bread or toast. I’m not as crazy for it as he is but he grew up in Finland where it’s a favored over other jams. I just happy to get him something he loves and makes him think of his birthplace.

I have used this preserve for eyars. My love for the taste of it began years ago while I was still living in Finland, then continued to purchase it while living in England for over 25 years and now in USA.
I serve it with traditional Finnish crepes (plattyja) with whipped cream. My grnadchildren loved it and even now, as adults, and living all over the world...when they come and visit me here in America, they always wish I make them their favorit desert of cloudberry jam and whipped cream.

Having grown up in Finland and having memories of fresh cloudberries, and whatever brand of jam we ate back then, at first taste this was way too sweet. It does have the special cloudberry taste though, so I’ll just use a little less on my pancakes. A friend who tasted it was bothered by the large pits.

I’m told I’m not allergic to this product. I’m told I *am* allergic to peaches. This preserves reminds me a lot of peach preserves. I am hoping to be able to make gluten-free krumkake for Christmas, and Cloudberry with whipped cream is the traditional filling. My mouth is watering!!

I’ve never had cloudberry jam before and for a while I wanted to try it. I especially wanted to try it recently because I go to college in the U.P. of Michigan where there are a lot of Finnish people. In fact, at the Keweenaw Co-op store I found Finnish squeaky cheese, which is traditionally served with cloudberry jam, but no cloudberry jam. I finished the cheese before I got the chance to order the jam but this jam still had a unique flavor that is unlike any other member of the Rubus genus (raspberries, blackberries, black raspberries, thimbleberries, etc.).

As good and maybe even better then any homemade preserves. I got turned on to Cloudberry preserves many years ago from a friend who came from Norway. Once a year his mother would make a batch of the Cloudberry preserves and send him a couple of jars. One day Finn made some craps and served them with the Cloudberry Preserves. I was totally hooked ever since. After his mom passed, I haven't had the Cloudberry Preserves, and I sure missed it. But now that I found your company. I feel like I just hit a home run. I had tasted this great item at my inlaws about a year ago. They had purchased this item in Sweden and brought it back to the US with them. Needless to say I had to find some for myself. My order was filled promptly and within a day or so I had my preserves. The taste reminds me somewhat of sweet yellow raspberries. This is an excellant topping for toast or ice cream. I highly recommend this product!! You will not be disappointed.

I really want to visit Finland someday. I have been watching travel vlogs since I cannot plan a trip due to COVID-19. My mom and I ordered some goodies from FinnStyle and these preserves are so tasty. We tried a little bit on a cracker each and just love the flavor and texture. This would be perfect for toast and pancakes too! Can't wait to enjoy it until it's gone. Totally going to order again too!

Not as good as I hoped

I had never tasted cloudberry preserves, and so I was interested in trying it. The flavor is this jam is fine although not particularly distinctive. The overall impression is just that it is sweet and a decent topping for toast. What I disliked, however, is that there are fairly large seeds in the jam. Clearly, the fruit is similar in form to raspberries and blackberries, although much lighter in color. Like raspberries and blackberries, there are seeds, although the seeds in cloudberry jam are far larger. This made eating these preserves less enjoyable.
