Called Villiyrtit (Wild Herb), this pattern was designed by Matti Pikkujämsä, who won "Illustrator of the Year" in 2019. It's woven in shades of blueberry and cinnamon for a subtle and dreamy colorway. The 100% washed linen is relaxed, easy to care for, and multifunctional. This reversible linen can be used as a tablecloth or a blanket. Use it for light coverage on summer nights, or add a lay of texture to a casual place setting. It could even be used as a curtain! Lapuan Kankurit is part of the Masters of Linen, which means that the materials used are of the best European quality. The ecological flax is grown in Normandy, Europa and is traceable 100% long staple linen yard. These yards as both spun and dyed in Europe according to REACH regulations and fulfil the ÖKO-TEX certificate requirements. The piece is then woven in Lapuan Kankurit's main weaving mill in Lapua, Finland.
