Fittingly named Harvesting (Sadonkorjuu), this design by Elina Helenius features onions, peas, carrots, and other garden goodies. Let this inspire you to use fresh produce in the kitchen, where it will serve useful in drying hands and dishes as well as lining bread baskets. This is a beautiful tea towel, organic cotton and linen. It is both elegant and sturdy. In my house, I do not have purely decorative tea towels, but Lapuan Kankerit towels would be an excellent finishing touch or a gift. Made in Finland, this is an excellent product, and a classic Scandinavian item though people may be more familiar with Ekelund linens. In my humble opionion Lapuan Kankerit is even better it terms of quality, and I don't mind that the designs are a bit more austere. I'm happy to be able to order it domestically, especially as I cannot currently travel to Finland!
Quality and materials, plus excellent packaging and shipping.
