Four generations of weavers unite to create the heritage-strong brand of Lapuan Kankurit, currently ran by Esko Hjelt and his wife Jaana. The family business began as a wool and felt boot factory in 1917 creating quality wool textiles. Today, the same heart and soul goes into Lapuan Kankuri... More Lapuan Kankurit
The tea towel is exactly like the one I bought from a vendor in Tallinn. Estonia, last year; friends admired mine so much that I bought this one as a belated wedding gift surprise for them. FinnStyle got it to me in record time, so I'm very pleased with both item and service. Sorry to have missed out on the sale price, however.
Love the reversible design

Wonderful dark animals depicted in a forest green setting, with the opposite on the other side-- green animals against a dark background. In weaving, we call this flip flop duality "Summer and Winter" -- one side light, the other dark. Skillful technique... and families of hedgehogs, too!
Folkloric and friendly critters add a natural, woodsy touch to wherever you need to wipe your wet hands. These linens are fun, clever, and heart warming with their love of animals.
