This bag was designed with the sauna in mind, as it's perfect for toting a towel and pillow, a sauna whisk, or toiletries to wash off with during a cool lake dip. However, it's just as suited to carrying picnic or beach day essentials, or holding a bounty of books after a successful library run. Made from washed, 100% organic cotton, the bag is soft yet sturdy with thick shoulder straps. The black and white threads are woven into Marja Rautiainen's Koivu (Birch) pattern, which creates grey tones and texture to further capture the beauty of bark. This pattern extends into the interior in a reverse colorway. As the national tree of Finland, Silver birches hold great significance and meaning to Finns and any lover of nature.
Care: Machine washable. Follow instructions on tag.

I love this pattern. The bag fabric is heavy duty and the construction is durable. I intend to use it in many ways. I'm most eager to pair it with a black linen pants and tunic set to make it feel like Spring.
