I had ordered the Italian Toikka bird through a different store and after a week had received no information on it being shipped. I called the company and was told it was back ordered and would not get until February. I canceled my order and looked online for another place to buy this. I called Finnstyle and was pleased to find out they were located in Minneapolis. The employee who took my order was so pleasant to talk with. My order came in two days. I will be a regular customer from now on.
