This Ittala Taika Pitcher is a wonderful size and very beautiful. The entire Ittala Taika series is very beautiful!

Expensive art pieces for my kitchen

I now own three of these pitchers in red, blue and creamy white. All were purchased during different FinnStyle sales. The creamy one I got for about 1/3 of its regular price, which is only reason I bought it (too good a bargain to pass up.) My three pitchers add a punch of drama in my glass front kitchen cabinet. I think my favorite color is the blue, though I love the red too. The creamy white isn't as dramatic as it might be if the white was not so "beigy" and overall everything was brighter. As a pitcher, I think these are the perfect size for so many things, from serving (after heating up in microwave) maple syrup to adding water to my flower arrangements to using as a quirky vase. Practically speaking, they pour without dripping. Highly recommend at least one if you can find on sale.
