Part of iittala's spring 2013 Sarjaton collection, the Letti Red Clay bowl is adorned with an embossed pattern that was inspired by woven textiles from Finland's folk tradition. Finnish for "braid", the vertical plait design adorning the facade gives the bowl a knitted look, while the slightly raised texture adds a delightful tactile element. Specially created for iittala by Musuta, this established design team has an aesthetic rooted in celebrating the Finnish way of life.
