iittala Origo Orange Mug with Handle

exactly as expected!

I love this cup. It’s fun and festive. The only downsides are the handle is oddly awkward for my hands and the base of the cup always slips towards the side of my palm on the pinkie side. It could also be a bit larger in terms of volume. But these are long standing classics so I’m sure the creators knew what they were doing.

Very comfortable to hold. They have a good balance and cheering colors. They also hold the temperature of the tea well.

These cups make my morning brighter. I have one Cappuchino every morning in these cups. They fit under the coffee maker and have a very nice handle. They are elegant and delightful to drink from.

I have long admired this design and finally bought 4 mugs. I love the design, the shape of the handle, and most of all the vibrant colors. It is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. I will slowly add on more pieces from this line. I love it!

great coffee/tea mug. Larger than most and really gives one a cup of coffee. No refill needed. Enjoying them.

i love the size and design. overall it seems simple but then the shape of the handle makes the cup modern and stylish.

I love my new mugs! They are generously sized (much larger than the odd Origo "tumbler") and comfortable to use. Although the handle only acommodates 2 fingers, the shape of handle and cup mean the third finger doesn't get burned against the side of the mug. These dishes are thin and seem delicate, but have proven very sturdy--zero chipping or breakage of the pieces I've had for a year.

I am very pleased with this new addition by IIttala. The origo mug is perfect for your morning cup of coffee. I have a set of tumblers, but they are not practical for a hot beverage. As with the other origo dishes, the design and glaze are of high quality.
