A modern interpretation of an ornate goblet, the Maribowl is the result of a 1960's collaboration between iittala and Marimekko. It wasn't until Marimekko founder Armi Ratia used them in her garden parties, however, that they gained their immense popularity. I have Maribowls in several colors and am drawn to the greyed blue of Rain. As someone else commented, it blends well with the other blues and with the frosted white and clear as well.
