This fillet knife is made by the Iisakki Järvenpää factory in Kauhava, Finland. The handle is crafted from curly birch and the blade is stainless steel. The sheath is made of light brown vegetable tanned leather which is decorated with the image of 2 fish and a traditional line motif.
