The Jätkänvuolu is slender and refined, a pure whittle knife without any bells and whistles. It is crafted in Finland with a curly birch handle and a polished carbon steel blade, The shape is similar to the Iso Uppo but in a smaller size. The blade's leather sheath is vegetable tanned and is artistically burned with Sami-style images of reindeer and people. Use this knife while hunting, camping or in the comfort of your home kitchen.
I could not be more pleased with my Puukko knife Model 5226. I have had many knives over the years and this is the one that will be going afield with me from now on.
