This year I ordered 2 more tonttu figures to add to our growing “family” of them. So happy too see a few models, too. These add quite a bit to our seasonal decor, and visitors to the house seem to be as charmed by them as we are. Well done!

My daughter couldn’t be home in Minnesota for Christmas because she was living in Helsinki, so I bought this to bring a little Finland to our holiday table. It’s so sweet, and I love the little kantele!

Helmi Tonttu is a little treasure

I've started a collection of these little tonttu. I particularly love the Helmi Tonttu because I play the kantele and have given this one to other friends who either play the kantele or love kantele music. When you don't have room for a large holiday items, this little tonttu reminds you of Christmas yet doesn't take much space. I now have four tonttu and will be adding more when the next Christmas rolls around if FinnStyle continues to offer them for sale. This little wooden character was shipped to my intended recipient much faster than I had expected so it arrived at my friend's doorstep on the East Coast within a couple of days of purchase.
Pros
One thing I particularly like about the little tonttu characters including Helmi Tonttu is that they have a little dot of an adhesive on the bottom so that it stays where you put it. This is a nicely made product.

None that I know of. It is a quality product.
