This humorous image of Little My is from the "Conscientious Moomin" in book four of the Moomin comics. Moomin-founder Tove Jansson created the original illustration, which appears in the second and third Moomin comic books. It was then interpreted by Tove Slotte, who beautifully took the classic from paper to porcelain.
As always, the Moomin mugs are crafted from porcelain and are microwave, oven, freezer, and dishwasher safe. The new mugs have special details, like an identifying stamp on the bottom and attached gift tag with a sweet story about the design.
This one reads: "Little My is one of Mymble's chridren. She is the smallest and most energetic. Little My always decides herself what she will and won't do. She isn't bothered by a mess, and she is so small that she fits into a pitcher or kitchen drawer between the whisks and spoons."
