Showroom Finland Wooden BowlsShowroom Finland Wood Bowls are perfect for keys, coins, stones, or shells. The Tuisku bowl would also be good on the floor for magazines and papers. Designer Petri Vainio researched ways in which to make the bowls more durable yet pliable during the molding process. What results are bowls with several layers (Tuisku with five and Uni with three), that have birch veneer at the center with outer layers of cherry, walnut or birch. The surface is treated with lacquer.
Care Instructions: The bowls are foodsafe and you can serve fruit, nuts, candies, even salad (without dressing or "wet" parts). Avoid strong color items which could bleed onto the bowls and stain them. If bowls get dirty or spilled on, hand wash quickly and dry immediately or wipe with dry or semi-dry cloth. Do not keep bowls in water for an extended time.
