Anu Penttinen’s Cloud 9 features a brilliant light blue body, which is created by layering translucent blue glass over soft white glass. Cloud 9’s playful look is completed with a clear extended beak, a vibrant translucent blue head, and alert eyes of black on white. Like all iittala glass birds, your Cloud 9 is individually mouth-blown by master glassblowers at iittala’s glassworks in Nuutajärvi, Finland. Each Cloud 9 is marked “A. Penttinen iittala” at its base.
