Marimekko Cash & Carry Coal Bag

Sleek, smart and sturdy ! Love the little bag in charcoal.

The Cash & Carry bag is lightweight, has several zippered pockets to securely hold small items such as a phone, small wallet or cash. I was looking for a small travel bag that keeps me organized and I think this is it. I also like the thicker strap.

It was a little smaller than I expected, because I have another Marimekko crossbody at home from a previous season. I am keeping it, though, because it’s still a useful sized bag to have. I like the dark gray color.

Always ready to head out the door- I keep this baby packed with essentials: Marimekko small cash and card purse, small water bottle, sunscreen and lip gloss - even room for my sunglasses. The wide shoulder strap suits me just fine!

The size is great to hold a camera, phone, and a wallet. The material feels thick and durable, and goes with pretty much everything,

I have had one like this for years. In Marimekko store in Finland it cost 50 euro, It is a lighter color, reddish. Over the years it darkened so I tried to wash it per label instructions. I got better but still looks antique. I use it al the time, including as a camera bag. It is the best and most useful bag I ever had. I got the coal one for my wife. The long belt (handle) enables you to keep it cross body style all the time when you are out, even in stores so it prevents you for forgetting it some place.

I love the color and I love how light it is . When I go for a walk that’s the bag I take . I can fit everting from my wallet , phone, glasses and keys easily . I wear it as a cross body bag .

I recently purchased my Cash & Carry Coal bag to use when traveling, but started using it everyday because it works so well carrying just my essentials. I love the wide strap which can be adjusted and is long enough to wear as a cross body. It's small size is deceptive - It fits my wallet, cell phone, small cosmetic bag, and sun glasses case. I attach my keys to the carabiner, so they're easy to find. This is a great looking and practical bag.

This matkalaukku is exactly right for me. It is the right size, is not heavy, it holds the essentials and has a nice wide strap. It will serve me well.

I bought this bag about 7 years ago when I was living in Finland and I have been using it ever since. Very durable and convenient. The little metal ring where the caribiner just fell off about a month ago but other than that, after 7 years of constant use, it's the only issue I've ever had with it. It still looks good-as-new after I wash it. I have the gray (silverish/gray) one and am about to purchase the black one
