If I wear a medium in women's Marimekko shirts, what is the equivalent size in men's shirts? Are they gender neutral?

The Jokapoika shirts are gender nutural, keeping in mind that the shoulders are a bit broader and there aren't the fabric darts in the bust area. When it comes to sizing, I would use the provided sizing chart to judge what size you would need. If the *Ladies* Jokapoika is the shirt you have had in the past (each style Marimekko shirt fits a bit differently), the measurements for Medium were as follows: CHEST (WIDTH) 41" (104.1 cm) SHIRT LENGTH 27" (68.5 cm) SLEEVE LENGTH 24" (61 cm)
