Very cozy blanket, and a generous size. Beautiful finishing and pattern - as pictured. Bought as a gift. Wish FinnStyle offered more patterns/colors and had them in stock more frequently. Was on the Lapuan Kankurit website, and saw other gorgeous designs, but they evidently do not ship to the US for individual customers.

The wool is collected and manufactured by Lapuan Kankurit at their own facilities...
"Soft and warm wool has found its rightful place in blankets, pocket scarves and throws, and we use wool to create many products like hot water bottle covers and pillowcases. Part of the blankets production is done in our weaving mill in Lapua, Finland and part in the other mill we own in Baltikum, where we also use our know-how, which is based on the family’s history of wool making– a history that dates back nearly a century."

what is the difference between 'long wool" blanket and "short wool" blanket. The dimensions of 50x71 are the same.

Hello, Sorry for any confusion. Each design is different in that some come in a shorter length or a longer length blanket, but others like the Pollo come in one size only. We are changing the descriptions at this time to just include the dimensions in the title so it is more clear.
