Marimekko Koski Cotton Fabric Brilliant and intensely hued, the Marimekko Koski fabric by designer Fujiwo Ishimoto is bound to bring any dull room to life! Originally from Japan, Ishimoto has worked with Marimekko for over 30 years creating prints that portray the clarity, purity, and simplicity of nature. Koski means 'rapids' or 'waterfall' in Finnish, and is a simple design with striking color, a fluid entangling of reds and purples, oranges and blues. Influenced by movement and the changing of the seasons, Ishimoto brings the illusion of swiftly moving water to this fabric, the colors of the world reflected in its wake. Just a bit of this stylish 100 % cotton fabric will spice up your dining room as a table runner, your hallway as a wall hanging, or your living room as new accent pillows.
