The 2008 annual egg is a whimsical combination of pastel colors featuring a near watercolor feel. Matching the annual bird of the same name, Cucunor is a made up name, spawned by the Finnish poem Kukunor ja Kalahari’ which depicts plenty of fantasy and is full of invented words, free association and playful rhymes.
